1. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and are members of the website of Facebook, Inc. ("Facebook") located at www.facebook.com ("Facebook Site"). Employees and directors of Hanesbrands Inc. or its parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, and immediate family members and persons who live in the same household as such employees and directors, are not eligible to participate.

2. TO ENTER: No purchase or payment is required to enter. To enter, be a fan of the Champion Facebook page during the promotion period, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 16, 2008, and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 1, 2008. Becoming a fan is free. Both new and existing fans will be included in the drawing. By becoming a fan of the Champion page, you agree to all terms and conditions applicable to the use of that page and applicable to Facebook generally.

3. PRIZES AND SELECTION OF WINNERS: Sponsor or its designee will randomly select one (1) winner from among all Champion Facebook Fans on or about December 3, 2008. Winner will receive a trip for two people to a college championship bowl game of his or her choice held between January 1 and January 8, 2009 (to be selected by winner from a list of eligible bowl games, to be determined). Trip includes round-trip coach class airfare from major airport nearest winner's home to airport nearest bowl game location, as determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor; single-room double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights; ground transportation between airport and hotel in bowl game location; and two tickets to attend the game. Sponsor will spend up to $4999 for complete prize. Actual value of prize may vary depending on point of departure, dates of travel, costs of game tickets, and other factors. Any difference between estimated value and actual value will not be awarded to winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Champion Facebook Fans as of December 1, 2008. Winner will be notified via Facebook message on or about December 5, 2008, and must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and a completed bowl game selection form in order to claim the prize within five (5) days of the date the notice was sent or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to another Champion Facebook Fan randomly selected from among remaining eligible Fans.

Prize is non-transferable. No cash in lieu of prize or substitution of prize is allowed. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 in the amount of the actual cost of prize trip. Winner and guest are responsible for all additional ground transportation, meals, tips, activity charges, souvenirs, insurance and other personal expenses not specifically included above. All arrangements must be made through Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary and must be available to travel on the dates specified by Sponsor. If winner is a minor in his or her state of residence, he or she must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the prize trip. Travel companion of winner must sign and return liability and publicity release prior to travel. Parent/legal guardian will be required to sign and return the release for companion if the travel companion is a minor. Minors will only be allowed to travel with a parent or legal guardian. If winner resides within 200 miles of bowl game location, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air travel, in its sole discretion. Once ticketed, identity of guest may not change and trip must be taken on dates and times arranged by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if winner or guest is unable to take the prize trip by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, or other acts beyond Sponsor's control. Sponsor shall have no obligation to winner or guest if designated bowl game is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason.

4. MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entrant will be deemed to be the individual registered user associated with the Facebook account used to become a Champion Facebook Fan. Any attempt by an entrant or anyone else to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and/or civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrant and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries, or to modify, cancel, or suspend the promotion should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the promotion. In any such event, Sponsor reserves the right to select winners from among all eligible Fans of the Champion page prior to the event requiring such action. By participating, you agree that the Sponsor, Facebook, their parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for network, hardware, software, telephone, cable or other technical failures; or for incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, garbled or lost e-mail or mail communications. By becoming a Champion Facebook Fan, you agree that Sponsor, and those acting under its authority, may use your name, hometown, likeness and/or voice, and the photograph associated with your Facebook profile for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.

5. WINNERS' LIST: The name and hometown of the winner will be posted on the Champion Facebook page, or you may send a self-addressed stamped envelope (Vermont residents may omit postage), postmarked between December 1, 2008, and January 15, 2009, to: Champion Game Day Buddies Winner's List, 1000 E. Hanes Mill Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Winners' List. Requests postmarked outside this period will not be fulfilled.
